School begins on TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 5^th!

For returning students in grades 1 through to grade 7:

• At 8:45am, students go to last year’s class, lining up outside in the same place they did last year when they came to school. Students will be dismissed at 9:45 am.  If uncertain of what to do, read the signs on the doors for further information. 

For NEW students in grades 1 through to grade 7:

• At 8:45am, new students will meet in the front of the school at the office.  You will be ushered from there to your class.

For Kindergarten students:

• Our Kindergarten students will meet at the outside door #4 (back of the school, south gym doors) at 8:45am where they’ll be greeted by Westwind staff and brought to their class. Kindergarten students will be dismissed from the same gym doors at 9:30am. We will be emailing Kindergarten parents soon with detailed information about the gradual entry schedule.

Welcome Back Social for Parents  

As a way to connect and reconnect after a great summer, our PAC is hosting a Welcome Back social on September 5^th at 8:30am while your child is in class for the hour. Look for a gathering at the back of the school, and join us for some refreshments and treats. Once our students are settled, Mr. Juhasz and Mrs. Tse will be there to say hello and answer any questions if need be.
